pub 203 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

pub 203 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;

• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
